Paul Rose
Managing Director of “Paul Rose Revenue Management Limited”

Paul has over 40 years airline experience, with more than 35 years in the Revenue Management area. Paul was a key figure in the creation and roll-out of BA’s first R.M. system. He held key management positions in BA’s RM department with responsibility for Northern Europe, then North America BA’s blue riband routes.

Richard Branson head-hunted Paul in 1994 as Head of Revenue Management & Pricing at Virgin Atlantic to create their RM department requiring the selection and implementation of their first RMS. This project also included improving the business processes, organisational restructuring and upgrading other systems.

Paul was invited to re-join British Airways Revenue Management in ’97 to manage business process re-engineering as part of their O&D RMS project, to create an oneworld Groups focus group and also to supply RM expertise to a number of BA’s external alliance partners.

Paul is considered the “Father of airline Revenue Integrity”  he is notable for creating “ARIG” (Airline Revenue Integrity Group), which provided an airline industry focus on non-compliance and revenue recovery issues. This ran for over twenty years with membership exceeding 100 aviation organisations with over 600 members as an increasing number of airlines discovered the financial benefits of Revenue Integrity.

In 2002 Paul created “Paul Rose Revenue Management Limited” which has worked with several leading RM, RI, Network Development/Scheduling and Pricing solution providers. He has  provided RM, Pricing and RI consultancy to over 20 carriers including Qantas and  Etihad. His company provides bespoke consultancy  and services to both the airline and software suppliers in the airline industry, most recently for Amadeus in the area of Revenue Optimisation for over four years, creating a sales pipeline for its RM and Network Development/Scheduling solutions and providing sales support to their account teams.

During the last thirty years Paul has spoken at or chaired numerous Revenue Management conferences World-wide. Paul was also instrumental in the creation of the “Journal of Revenue and pricing Management” ,and still sits on the editorial board.
